SON  RISA

Located in the heart of  Pelican Key is a new condominium complex open for year round rentals. Caribbean View at "Son Risa" is
located on a hilltop close to beaches, casinos, water sports, shopping, nightlife, gourmet restaurants and a ferry to neighboring islands,
or you can enjoy the pool just steps away. Surrounded by the most lucrative homes on the island, this Mediterranean style building was
designed to offer its visitors a view of magnificent sunsets, blue water and the perfect place to relax. The overall richness of the colors in
the sky offers you the vibrancy of life while relaxing on the patio or at poolside.

The decor and furnishings are appointed to provide St. Maarten ambiance with all the accommodations to make you feel at home.
Following your visit to Caribbean View at "Son Risa" you will be filled with memories of the vibrant sunsets, azure blue waters, sail
boats, cruise ships and the post card beaches that surround this lovely island. One of the uniqueness of the island is its two cultures,
French and Dutch, which plays hosts to Americans and Europeans alike and is the only island in the Caribbean.

It is our pleasure to invite you as guests to enjoy the Caribbean View at "Son Risa". We have been visitors ourselves to this lovely
island for over thirty years and want to give you an "affordable" opportunity that you will always remember. As tourists return to St.
Maarten, you can always hear them quote a familiar phrase - "Another Beautiful Day in Paradise".
