Located on Simpson Bay, the resort is on the beach and
midway between the island's most popular nightspots,
restaurants, and shopping. The resort features a casino, two
restaurants, four tennis courts, five pools, water sports, a
health spa, shopping arcade, and more. There is no longer a
workout room on site, it is now at Simpson Bay Marina
Residences across the street.

Water sports available in the area and is located at Pelican
Marina.

The Villas
is the newest addition by Royal Resorts offering fractional
Vacation Ownership.  Units have access to flood lit tennis
courts,  swimming pools, an  activities program,  water sports
center, car rental, casino, restaurants and convenience store.

Important Notice about Selling and Renting your Unit Privately

ISCO must be advised of any private unit sales in order to effect proper title transfer. ISCO maintains all owner records, it is imperative that sales transactions be
disclosed to ISCO and the appropriate paperwork completed. Upon receipt of transfer documents and an administrative fee, ISCO will issue a new contract in the
purchaser's name.
Be sure to notify ISCO (800-550-7088) that you are renting your unit.
Also be sure the renter has a letter from you to take to the front desk at Simpson Bay Resort & Marina when they register.
